Paper Planes

about

lyrics

Devoid of all the innocence I held when I were young,
the curse of ageing ignorance puts darkness in my lungs.
But darkness tends to ease the sting of stitched up paper planes,
they twist their way in circles adding weight to my troubled brain.

Take my only friend, locked away, inside my head of darkened dread.
I will stay, a king of fools, just to fade, into the deathly avenues that we call life.

This trailer trash to beauty keeps me firm and well aware,
that we're all gonna fly someday and death will take us there.
When those spirals of my eyes that were once white softly glow,
She'll ask me what I've done with my life and I'll tell her so
